BookWhenFull is a platform and reservation service. BookWhenFull does not provide the accommodation itself.
What BookWhenFull does not do
BookWhenFull does not operate a hotel, rent rooms or provide the accommodation itself.
In this model, BookWhenFull is not the seller or provider of the stay itself.
Who provides the accommodation?
The hotel or provider determines availability, accepts or refuses the request and provides the stay.
The accommodation agreement is formed only between you and the hotel or provider after acceptance.
Who receives which payment?
You pay the service fee to BookWhenFull.
You generally pay the hotel price and local costs directly to the hotel or provider.
How does a request work?
Request
Submitting a request is free. Your request is not yet a confirmed booking and you do not pay BookWhenFull yet.
Acceptance or refusal
The hotel or provider accepts or refuses your request. After acceptance, the accommodation agreement generally arises between you and the hotel or provider.
Pay the service fee
If a service fee applies, you will see it in the payment step. You only pay the service fee to BookWhenFull; the hotel price and local costs are paid to the hotel or provider.
Confirmation and communication
After payment, BookWhenFull processes your request administratively. You then see the status within BookWhenFull and communication with the hotel or provider may be made available.
